This Policy describes the Builderr policies and procedures on collecting, using, and disclosing the User’s information when the User use uses the Website and tells the User about privacy rights and how the law protects the User.

The Website uses the User’s Personal Data that was provided by the Users to provide and improve the Website’s Services. By using the Website, the User agrees to collect and use information following this Policy.

The Policy makes in compliance with Articles 12,13 and 14 of the GDPR and with the CCPA provisions.

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
